Thank you for visiting the clinic website of Dr. Michelle Wilczek-Piekarska, who alongside her team of Dr. Richard Wilczek and Dr. Alex Hsu, have been providing family-friendly dentistry for residents of Prince George and the surrounding areas since 1984. We are conveniently located in the Victoria Medical Building. Paid parking is available and there is a bus route that stops at 15th and Victoria. If you will be stopping by, our building is wheelchair accessible and easily navigable.

Cancellation Policy

We are a busy practice! Our goal is to help as many people as possible and our full calendar means that we need to stay on top of our appointments schedule to ensure that patients who need care can get it in the timeliest manner.

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, so as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice ahead of your scheduled appointment, we won’t charge a cancellation fee. However, to reduce wasted exam slots that come from missed appointments, we have a $50 cancellation fee in place for any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. You will need to pay the fee before you can schedule a new appointment.

Emergency Appointments

Sometimes our patients require urgent and immediate dental care. You may need it one day too. If we have sufficient notice of cancelled appointments, it gives us the flexibility to see people with urgent problems on short notice so they can get the support they need. Whatever the case, we want to be here for you.

Late Appointments

Please note that, if you’re more than 10 minutes late, it can be difficult to accommodate you because of our full schedule. As we live in Northern BC, we don’t normally consider weather to be a valid reason to miss or reschedule your appointment, so please take care to give yourself the extra time you need to make it to your appointment or give us a call to let us know you’re running behind. We’ll do our best to fit you in regardless.
